Barts Square awarded RIBA London Award 2022

Barts Square, a new mixed-use masterplan in the Smithfield Conservation Area, has been awarded a RIBA London Award.

In collaboration with the masterplan and lead architects Sheppard Robson, Piercy&Company designed the envelopes of two major buildings; one entirely residential and the other combining residential with ground-floor retail units.

The judges particularly commended the scheme for its considered approach, commenting, "From the proportions of the blocks to the deep window reveals, the evidence of care and attention to detail at every scale sets this huge project apart."
