Piercy&Company wins FX design award

We were excited to receive this FX award in recognition of our considered work creating an 'office with soul' for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) London headquarters, which won in the Workspace Environment category.

This project is close to our heart not only because it reflects the people-led design process that we bring to all of our projects but also because it sets a new standard for an approach to understanding our clients' needs and what offices of the future can achieve. For this project, we were embedded in the BCG office for six months to closely observe and engage with the staff, and gain insights into how people do their best work. Four essential elements emerged through this process, which then underpinned our design approach: variety, comfort, flexibility and community. The resulting scheme is exemplar, possessing characteristics that align with BCG's ethos and most crucially provide an holistic and considered workspace for its employees.
