Planning Approval for Spring Place & Princelet Street
Two flexible work space schemes by Piercy&Company for Fora, 3-6 Spring Place and 42-46 Princelet Street, have received planning consent from the London Boroughs of Camden and Tower Hamlets respectively.
3-6 Spring Place was one of the first projects reviewed by the newly formed Camden Design Review Panel who gave the scheme their support. The scheme also won the backing of the Kentish Town Neighbourhood Forum and was unanimously approved at Planning Committee.
Stuart Piercy, Founding Director:
“With this new typology of collective businesses and active shared public and event space there is a fantastic opportunity for commercial buildings to provide a more civic role in the community. On both Spring Place and Princelet Street, our first step was, as always, to engage with the inherent character and history of each site, using this understanding to create work spaces that are at once of our time and still deeply connected to their place.”
